Dental SEO pricing, posted for every plan an office can pick

The numbers below are the numbers. Search work is priced by how many pages and content assets the book needs each month, and ads are priced by how many platforms you want in motion. Nothing is hidden behind a quote form.

Pick a plan the way a front desk picks a column: by the gap you can see.

Organic Growth plans for a dental office, one price a month

Silver writes 25 new landing pages and 4 Strategic Content Assets a month for an office whose website is live. Gold writes 50 and 8 and adds a managed custom site. Platinum writes 100 and 12, includes the site and keeps room for locations added later. Local SEO and AI search are inside all three.

  • Organic Growth Silver

    $1,495/mo

For the office whose website is already live. We write new pages for the service lines you want more exams in, look after the Maps profile and send a report at month end.

    • Twenty-five new landing pages every month, each tied to a service line, a search question or a town
    • Four Strategic Content Assets monthly, shaped by what a new patient asks before choosing an office
    • A sweep for slow pages, thin titles, broken links and heavy images, with the fixes made by our team
    • Google Business Profile tidied for each location, with the service area matched to where people really come from
    • Duplicate listings merged, plus an easy routine for asking people to leave a review
    • A short fact sheet of services, locations and booking steps, kept current so AI assistants can quote it
    • A month-end report setting calls and new-patient requests beside the pages that went live
  • Organic Growth Platinum

    $3,495/mo

For a dental group with several locations or a long list of service lines: one hundred pages a month, twelve content assets and the managed website.

Ad spend is separate and goes straight to each platform. Stop a plan before the next month begins and nothing more is billed.

Paid ads for dental practices, one to three platforms

Choose how many of Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) should run for the practice. The fee covers the planning, building and watching of the campaigns. The spend on clicks is a separate matter and goes from your card to the platform.

  • One ad platform

    $895/mo

A single platform for the office that wants to try ads on one channel and see calls before adding another.

    • Pick one of Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) or Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and we run it
    • The ad account is opened in the practice name, and our team is added as its manager
    • Ad copy, keyword lists and call tracking are written and tested before the first click is bought
    • Negative keywords screen out job seekers, supply shoppers and do-it-yourself searches
    • The platform bills your card for clicks; none of that money passes through us
    • A monthly sheet lines spend up with the calls and exam requests that were logged
  • Three ad platforms

    $2,295/mo

All three channels planned as one schedule, for a group that wants every open slot covered.

    • Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) are planned together as one set
    • All three ad accounts are opened in the practice name, and our team is added as manager on each
    • Ad copy, keyword lists and call tracking are written and tested before the first click is bought
    • Negative keywords screen out job seekers, supply shoppers and do-it-yourself searches
    • Every platform bills your card for its own clicks; none of that money passes through us
    • A monthly sheet lines spend up with the calls and exam requests that were logged

Ad spend is separate and goes straight to each platform. Stop a plan before the next month begins and nothing more is billed.

What the monthly price holds, what your card pays elsewhere and how to step off

The plan price pays for the work: pages, profile upkeep, campaign building, tracking and the month-end report. It does not include the money spent on ad clicks. That is paid to each platform on your own card, and the ad account sits in the practice name, so you can look at the spend any morning without asking us.

There is no startup fee, because the first week of work looks the same as every other week. Plans run month to month, the way a recall card does: tell us before the next billing date and the next month never starts. A cancelled plan leaves the practice holding its profile and ad accounts.

Moving between plans is a short conversation. An office that begins on Silver and later opens a second location can look at Platinum, and an office that starts with one ad platform can add a second when the call log says to. Details of what each plan covers sit on the dental SEO page and the dental paid ads page, and the services overview explains where most dentists begin.

No plan comes with a promised position on the map or a promised number of patients, because nobody can offer either honestly.

Billing questions from office managers and owners

Who pays Google or Meta for the clicks on an implant consult campaign?

The practice, on its own card, directly to the platform. Our fee never touches that money.

Is there a startup fee before the first exam-request campaign goes live?

No. The work begins under the same monthly price that continues afterwards.

What happens if the practice wants to stop after one quarter?

Tell us before the next billing date. Nothing is owed beyond the month already running, and the profile and ad accounts stay with you.

Does a second location change the price of the plan?

It can change which plan fits. Platinum is built with room for added locations; ask on the call and we will go through your addresses together.

Which column of the appointment book looks emptier: new patients or hygiene?

Tell us how many operatories run on an ordinary day, which service lines you would like more exams in, and whether the gap is next week or next quarter. Rough notes and round figures are fine.

The little day sheet fills as you read. It is a picture of how a schedule can be planned, not a forecast of any practice.
